I loved the concept of looking at your personal natal moon and noticing how you react each moon cycle in relation to that. I had to drop a point though because the resources about finding your natal moon chart didn't work so I have no idea how to do that myself. I did like the descriptions and journaling prompts for each monthly moon and thought this was useful.
This was a complete revelation to me. I won't give too much away but it's completely changed my understanding of the moon cycles and how to make them work for me. I am SO pleased I got this book and ordering one for a gift next week.
A fantastic little book. I'd been tracking my own pain and energy levels which I noticed increased with a full moon. I came across this just after and everything made so much sense! I'm looking forward to working through the exercises and I'm already putting into action that are included.
